Request Status Overview
When a request is created in Terra Dotta, it is assigned a status. The status tells you where ISSS is within the processing cycle.
All new records do not list a status next to them. This means they are in Pending status, and have not been submitted to ISSS yet.

| Submitted to ISSS | Your request has been submitted to ISSS |
| Status: Assigned to ISSS Advisor | ISSS received your request and it has been assigned for review by an ISSS advisor |
| Status: Student Action Needed | Something is needed from you (check your email) |
| Status: Academic Reply Requested | ISSS needs information or clarification from your academic advisor. We will reach out to you and/or the advisor in this case. |
| Status: Waiting for Readmission | Only applies to readmitted students: All I-20 documents are complete, but the readmission decision is unknown |
| Status: Waiting for Registrar | Your request is complete, and SIS must be updated by the Registrar before ISSS can process a new I-20 |
| Status: Export Control Pending | Only applies to Change of Level students: All I-20 documents are complete, but Export Control approval is missing |
| Status: Ready to Process | ISSS has approved your request, and it will be processed soon |
| Status: ISSS Processed | Your request has been completed by ISSS |
| SEVIS-Processed | Your request was processed in SEVIS |
| Check-In Complete | ISSS has reviewed your Electronic Check-In and no changes are needed |
| SEVIS-Registered | Your SEVIS registration is completed for the term listed |
